Taylor Schabusiness, accused of killing and dismembering a man in Green Bay, attacked her attorney during a court hearing.
Her Attorney Quinn Jolly started the hearing by asking the court for two more weeks so the defense expert could testify on Schabusiness’s competency.
The judge agreed to push back the trial to May.
According to WBAY-TV, that appeared to have set Schabusiness off.
Schabusiness, 25, is charged with one count each of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and third-degree sexual assault in a Green Bay home.
Schabusiness has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect to charges of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and third-degree sexual assault.
Shad Thyrion was found dismembered on February 22, 2022, in a Green Bay home.
