Leader of Government Business in the Senate, Clarence Rambharath, says October 2022 is the timeline being set for the completion and submission of outstanding audited financial statements by the University of Trinidad and Tobago.
This is for the years 2014 to 2019.
The Leader of Government Business informed the Senate of this as he responded to a question from Opposition Senator, Wade Mark, on the issue this afternoon.
The Opposition Senator also wanted to know how the non-completion of the financial Statements impacted the financial planning and decision making of the University and did it caused a reduction in the annual subvention to the UTT.
