22-year-old Trinidad artiste Anthony Reye, aka ‘Wako Dan’ who was shot multiple times in the face, was allegedly shot due to a ‘diss track’ against another man.
Police found 5.56mm and 9mmm casings at the crime scene.
Reyes’ latest video, posted to YouTube features the entertainer singing obscenities and threats against another man, by the alias ‘Prezzi’.
Comments posted to the video suggests that Reyes was reportedly dissing an alleged gang leader.
In another video posted to social media, one man has said that young Trinidad artiste ought to stay out of a life of crime if they are making ‘Zess’ music and not sing about dissing ‘Community Elders’ as harm can be done to them in real life.
It is unclear whether or not Wacko Dan’s murder was linked to the diss track.
