The Turn Up, Don’t Give Up Caravan, rolls into Success Laventille Secondary School on August 4th for a special event from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
It is aimed at inspiring students to stay the course and push forward despite whatever academic, social or economic challenges they currently face.
Students will have the opportunity to engage with speakers, win prizes for their participation and also get information on community and volunteer type groups and other opportunities to enhance themselves.
The caravan which runs from July 19 to August 18, will team up with influencers and other personalities who will share their journey with the students, with the hope that it will inspire and motivate them.
The students from Laventille Secondary School (host school) participating in the MOE – “Vacation Revision Programme 2023” will be joined by the students from Malick Secondary and Morvant Laventille Secondary Schools for this event.
The Ministry of Education has implemented a Vacation Revision Programme at thirty-three schools centres across Trinidad during the July-August vacation period to enhance key competencies in fundamental areas.
The Caravan rolls into Success Laventille Secondary School on Friday 4th August, 2023 for a special event from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
