With hardware stores back up and running, TCL has now gotten permission to resume cement restocking and has implemented an appointment system.
In a public advisory, the company says it has not supplied cement since May 8th and its clients now urgently require restock.
This, it notes, will take a few days and says the appointment system will address COVID concerns and equitable distribution.
It is emphasizing that its price has not changed.
