Retired Justice Stanley John will deliver a public statement as Lead Investigator with respect to the circumstances surrounding the ‘missing file,’ and the decision delivered by the High Court on January 31 in the Vindra Naipaul-Coolman matter.
In a statement today, John said that he will address the public at 10:35am on TTT.
Justice John will speak on the expected outcomes of the investigation and provide a timeline for the submission of a report on the findings in the inquiry.
At this time, said John, he would not be in a position to field questions but will provide updates as the investigation progresses.
