Three people, which include a husband, wife and daughter, are currently in police custody following a report that a 26-year-old woman was chopped last night.
Police said they responded to a report of a domestic incident at a house along the Southern Main Road in Warrenville around 11:30pm, and found the woman bleeding from multiple chop wound.
Police were told that the victim and three suspects had a physical altercation at the home, following an argument.
The woman was taken to hospital and police went to the home of the suspects where they were arrested.
