Couva South MP Rudranath Indarsingh has organised a memorial service for today to mark the one-year anniversary of the Paria pipeline accident that claimed the lives of LMCS Limited divers Fyzal Kurban, Kazim Ali Jr, Yusuf Henry and Rishi Nagassar.
The men, who were contracted by Paria Fuel Trading Company, died during a differential pressure (Delta P) event in the course of underwater pipeline maintenance works.
The event will be streamed at 10:30am Thursday (February 23) via Facebook and will also be live broadcast on U97.5FM.
Christopher Boodram, the lone survivor of the February 25, 2022 tragedy, and the families of the four divers will share tributes.
A legacy tree will also be planted.
