There was a multiple-car smash-up in the Gasparillo area on morning.
Reports state that the accident occurred during the early hours of Saturday morning as the driver of a wrecker was in the process of removing a car that crashed in the median of the highway.
The portion is said to be a dark area and several cars did not notice the wrecker obstructing that portion of the highway until it was too late.
At least three vehicles crashed in domino fashion when the first car crashed into the wrecker on the wet highway.
