Marilyn Manson sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old

On the heels of settling his previous sexual assault case with Esmé Bianco last week, Marilyn Manson is stuck in more legal drama following a new lawsuit that alleged similar behavior against a 16-year-old.

The suit was filed at the Nassau Country Supreme Court in Long Island, New York, on Monday, claiming that when the plaintiff — who is simply identified as Jane Doe in the docs — was a teenager, she was allegedly raped by the rockstar on his tour bus.

The court documents continue to allege that while the sexual abuse started when Doe was 16 in 1995, it carried on until 1999, while Interscope Music Publishing and Nothing Records, who are named as defendants, allegedly “celebrated and promoted” Manson’s abusive behavior for “financial gain.”
