The body of a man was found with gunshot wounds in Penal on Tuesday, in an area known as Dog Patch, off Hibiscus Drive.
The deceased, identified as 40-year-old Lalchan Edward was found in some bushes.
Residents said they last saw Edward, also known as ‘Sanchez’ on Tuesday breaking down a house in the area.
Police suspect that his killing took place between 6 pm and 7 pm on Tuesday evening when gunshots were heard in the area. No one has been arrested.
