The Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago issued a stern warming to its members who advertise and toute their business online.
In a media release issue last evening, the association said it observed Attorneys advertising their practice on social media.
The association also said that such action is restricted based on the Legal Profession Act Chapter 90:03, Sections 35(2); that an attorney will be liable for professional misconduct if found in breavh of the Rules
