Kamla accuses PM of injecting race into vaccine acquisition process

Opposition Leader Kamla Persad Bissessar alleges that the Government has been less than honest regarding the COVID vaccines

She made the comment while speaking at the UNC’s virtual Monday night Forum last evening.
Mrs Persad-Bissessar noted that there are many unanswered questions regarding the Government’s planned vaccination program and deadlines for the acquisition of vaccines.

She questioned how the Government intended to acquire vaccines.

The UNC leader accused Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley of injecting the issue of race into the vaccine acquisition process.
