Health Minister: No lockdowns or travel restrictions after 1st M-Pox case

There is no need for a massive lockdowns or restrictions similar to that seen during COVID.

This is the assurance coming from Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh after T&T recorded its first Mpox case.

Unlike COVID, Minister Deyalsingh also advised that the country has vaccines in stock and have had them prior to this first case being announced.

He told Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show that there are also no travel measures or travel restrictions as a result of the news.
