The Office of the Prime Minister – Communications, has confirmed that Friday will also be a public holiday.
This as both Corpus Christi and Indian Arrival Day are being celebrated on Thursday.
According to the Public Holidays and Festivals Act, “Where two public holidays fall on the same day, the next following day that is not a public holiday shall be a public holiday.”
