Professor Ramesh Deosaran is criticizing the Government for placing the country in limbo.
This as he commented on the recent Privy Council ruling which determined that the Government erred by extending the life of the Regional Corporations.
Speaking on Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show, he said the Government now has to move very quickly as the regional corporation officials are in limbo.
Professor Deosaran urged the Government and the Opposition to put country first moving forward.
However he added that he expects this to be difficult as T&T politics has always adopted a party first policy particularly with an election on the line.
