Dylan Carter secured his third win across the 50 metres distance, on Day 3 of the FINA Short Course Swimming World Cup, in Berlin.
T&T’s iconic swimmer won by ‘8 hundredths’ of a second and prevailed with a time of 22.13 seconds.
South Africa’s Chad Le Clos took silver in 22.21s and Italy’s Matteo Rivolta got bronze in 22.38s.
The 26-year-old added the “50m butterfly” to his “men’s 50m freestyle” and his “men’s 50m backstroke” titles which he won on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
