‘Game of Thrones’ actor Joseph Gatt was arrested earlier this month after allegedly engaging in “online sexually explicit communication with a minor across state lines.”
According to Page Six, the Los Angeles Police Department served a search warrant at Gatt’s LA home on April 6 and subsequently arrested the 50-year-old “Banshee” actor.
Gatt, 50, was taken into custody and booked an outstanding felony warrant for contact with a minor for sexual offense.
LAPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, who are investigating the case, said it was an “ongoing investigation” and encouraged anyone with additional information to contact police.
The “Thor” actor was released on $5,000 bail.
