A man identified as Christian Eve, aka Freddy, was shot and killed in Carenage on Tuesday night.
Forty-nine-year old Eve of Big Yard, Carenage was reportedly sitting in a friend’s silver Nissan Tiida which was parked in Big Yard around 7.15 pm when two masked gunmen ran up to the car and shot him several times before running away.
The owner saw Eve bleeding from gunshot wounds in the front passenger seat.
He was taken to hospital, but succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
In May 2019, Eve was one of two men charged with a string of offences following a shooting incident that involved the police which left three residents, among them, a schoolgirl, dead.
