If this man as I understand is a licenced money lender, what is the big problem. No government can tell any person where to put or invest their money, an in what quantities. Keith Rowley talking a hot of hash. There is no threat to national security in this transaction. It’s the banks and other financial institutions complaining, since most of folks won’t be borrowing from the bank, thereby depriving them of their 900 percent interest.
The greedy banks and financial institutions continuously rape the poor with exhorbitant fees, interest rate etc while paying the GREEDY CEO, and 1 percenters millions in inflated salary and perks, while telling people these people have special talent in a competitive field. Why doesn’t Rowley cut back on Vehicle tax exemption paid to members of parliament judges etc.

Rowley need to go after Lawrence Duprey, CLICO, who living in his rich mansion, while investor, some of whom passed away and invested their whole pensions did not get back a black cent. Also Gilman Thomas Hussein, Syrian crook in the 1990 ‘s who had a ball throwing lavish parties, promising bigger interest rates on investments and bankrupted the company, meanwhile investors were left to hold an empty paper bag air, all their pensions and other monies gone; i.e. with no jail time for the crook. He needs to go after Winsure, who went bankrupt. The management built unfinished houses in the east, with investors money, again the poor man was left to die in oblivion pennyless.
Rowley was in government a long time and knew all about this, but did nothing.

Go after the big white collar crooks Rowley and leave Kerron Clarke alone. He is a legitimate money lender.
Who the cap fits let them wear it.
