A shooting in the Diego Martin area on Sunday has left an 18-year-old boy in a serious condition at the Port of Spain General Hospital.
Around 4.45 pm on Sunday, the victim was liming along Waterwheel Road, Diego Martin, in the vicinity of Andrew Trace with a group of friends, when they heard a series of loud explosions.
A vehicle was observed speeding away.
The teenager was found on the ground bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper chest.
He was rushed to hospital, where his condition was described as serious up to this morning.
