One week after a Woman Police Constable (WPC) was served with a Disciplinary Notice for scolding a victim of a crime who called the St Joseph Police Station, another officer from the same station is being investigating.
This time, the male officer is being investigated for slapping a cell phone out of the hand of a civilian.
The incident appeared to have happened on Eastern Main Road, Curepe.
A video that was shared on WhatsApp showed a man trying to take a photo of the officer using his cell phone, who then slapped the phone out of the man’s hand.
