T&T is often known for citizens being kind and helpful and boast of being friendly.
However this wasn’t the case last evening when a lady was seen in a video, falling to the ground in an apparent epilepsy attack.
A few minutes after a man driving PBY 4489 purposely ran over the lady after she collapsed on the roadway.
In the video which has now gone viral you can see the driver driving over the lady’s head and arms, reverse then drive over his arms.
He never came out to assist.
Further in the video you can see another vehicle approaching and did not stop to assist the unidentified lady, who was still laying on the ground.
The incident took place in San Juan.
