A 43-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man were robbed while fishing at the Port-of-Spain waterfront on Monday night.
Police said the two were fishing near the Breakfast Shed around 7 pm when they were approached by five bandits.
One of the bandits pulled out a knife and pressed it against the neck of the man and demanded cash.
The bandits stole two gold chains, a cellphone and a pendant before walking away.
A report was made and officers of the Central Police Station are continuing enquiries.
