AMCHAM CEO urged employers to be sensitive to staff working from home

Employers are being urged to put proper systems in place to ensure productivity is achieved and a balance is found as many persons work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic period.

The suggestion comes from Chief Executive Officer of the American Chamber of Commerceof Trinidad and Tobago, Nirad Tewarie.

It was made when the senior AMCHAM official was interviewed on the Power Breakfast Programme on POWER 102 Digital today.

The AMCHAM CEO urged employers to interact frequently with their employees so when issues arise they can be resolved amicable.
