Chairman of the National Carnival Commission, Winston “Gypsy” Peters, says a Taste of Carnival will cost between $25-$30M.
Speaking at a news briefing Monday, Mr Peters defended the decision to host Carnival events this year.
Mr Peters also highlighted some of the planned events which will take place during A Taste of Carnival 2022.
Mr Peters said persons attending events at the Queens Park Savannah, Port of Spain, have the option of safe zone pods as he reiterated that only vaccinated persons will be allowed to attend.
