Shane Mahabirsingh, owner of Bilda Boyz Construction Services Ltd, is showing the nation his thoughtfulness and compassion as he is donating his time and energy to supply chairs and any necessity to the elderly waiting in lines at Health Centres across the country, trying to get vaccinated.
Following the chaos that ensued on Day one and the equally long lines yesterday, Mahabirsingh, has begun to provide plastic chairs free of charge at different health facilities. He said he could not bear to see senior citizens standing for such a long time again.
Mahabirsingh is now calling on others to assist.
He said “As long as we have chairs remaining, we will go to more places,” he said. “I’m trying to get the public to assist a little bit…We need tents, we need chairs, water, sanitiser…
