Trade unions warn they will not settle for any figure during the negotiations with the Chief Personnel Officer which does not give a true reflection of the three outstanding periods.
The position was highlighted by President of the Contractors and General Workers Trade Union, Ermine De Bique- Meade.
The labour leader made the comment while was speaking during the Movement for Social Justice Talk Virtual Series this week.
Mrs De Bique-Meade said the unions will accept a fair amount during the collective bargaining period.
She said the rising cost of living is one of the factors why the four percent presented at the collective table cannot be accepted.
