Updated :Tobago records 7th murder

Investigators are presently on the scene as Tobago records it’s 7th murder for 2019 The victim is Dean O’Neal of Delaford. The victim was reportedly on his way home when he was attacked. He was sitting in his Mitsubishi Lancer car when he was approached by gunmen who open fire killing him in the vehicle.
