The Youtuber took to social media this Tuesday morning to give her followers a new update on her legal drama with rapper Cardi B. She tweeted –
“Damn Winos!😩 We lost the appeal… against #CardiB sad day… but I’m gonna be alright.”
Tasha K’s appeal alleged that the original lawsuit was filed in the wrong jurisdiction and that Cardi B’s legal team made a number of procedural errors during the initial lawsuit.
Tasha K was seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed on those grounds.
