Shamfa Cudjoe, the Minister of Sport and Community Development, has reportedly received threats from an anonymous person.
The incident happened last month but an official report was lodged by Cudjoe on Thursday afternoon at the St. James Police Station.
The Minister told police that on Wednesday 12th July 2023, she was at her Tobago home, when her sister Kifah Cudjoe informed her that she received an envelope addressed to Shamfa.
The envelope, Cudjoe reported, contained a 4-page letter that contained what she believed to be threats, harassment, and defamation of her character from an unknown sender.
