The coffin carrying the body of the late former Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Basdeo Panday, arrived at the Piarco International Airport.
Members of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force met the coffin and placed a National Flag on top of it.
Members of the Panday family were joined by Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs, Dr. Amery Browne.
