Opposition repeats call for Gov’t to provide student grants

Tunapuna MP Kadisha Ameen repeated a call made by Opposition Leader Kamla Persad Bissessar for the Government give a grant to assist school children.

A joint effort between Tunapuna/ Piarco Councillors and Aldermen and their sponsors provided children due to return to school today get needed school supplies.

Ameen made the call while speaking at the event.
