Thirty point three four percent is the turn out for Monday’s Local Government Election.
This was revealed by the Elections and Boundaries Commission.
It says with an electorate of 1,091,935 in 141 electoral districts in Trinidad, the total votes cast were 331,300 with 996 rejected ballots.
The voter turnout is lower than the 2019 LG election, which was 34.49 per cent
