Griffith on UNC accomodation: I’ll do what I have to, to serve my country!

Head of the National Transformation Alliance Gary Griffith says he’s willing to take whatever action he needs to in order to serve his country.

He says the Prime Minister cannot expect to lead a country when half of the people hate him.

He believes that the country is divided because of one individual.

Speaking on Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show this morning Griffith stated that 89% of the country wants relief and he is prepared to give it to them.

He said that the Government’s attempt to influence people to get on board with local Government reform is a blatant example of Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley’s contempt for the people.

Mr Griffith was Minister of National security as part of the UNC’s People’s Partnership Government and at the time was quite vocal about ethical and moral issues within the party stating that he would rather walk away than be a part such a situation.

Asked about the seeming change of tune on his part, Griffith stated this morning that any relationship requires partners to be present to work it out together.
