Economist Dr Roger Hosein also expressed his view the selection of the OWTU own company for the sale of the refinery, saying he thinks the move will improve employment in and around the Pointe-a-Pierre area.
Dr. Hosein said this move will also improve the flow of indigenous Crude Oil.
Speaking with IzzSo media yesterday, Dr. Hosein pointed out several areas of concern regarding the financial aspects associated with the operations of the refinery moving forward.
