A driver with Simpson’s Funeral Home in Laventille, was shot and killed outside the Funeral Home in Laventille last evening.
This latest killing takes place mere days after Emmanuel Parks aka Manuel of Valley Road, Romain Lands, Morvant was also shot dead outside Simpson’s Funeral Home last Thursday.
The victim of Monday’s shooting has been identified as Clyde Johnson, aka Ziggy of Morvant.
Johnson, 39, was outside his workplace on the Eastern Main Road, Success Village, Laventille, at around 6:24 pm, when a silver Toyota Yaris drove up to him.
A gunman got out of the car and shot Johnson several times before getting back in the car and driving off.
Crime scene investigators found 14 spent shells and four projectiles.
