Central cops arrest 22-year-old man, seize marijuana

Central Division police arrested one man at his home and seized 1096 grams of marijuana during an Operation Blue Line Exercise in the division, on Sunday morning.

Officers of the Central Division Task Force (CDTF), Area North, Operation Support Staff personnel, and members of the Trinidad and Tobago Regiment conducted an Operation Blue line exercise between the hours of 2 am and 6 am on 3rd, December 2023.

During the exercise, police executed a warrant at the Rainbow Crescent, Enterprise, home of a 22-year-old, and found two rectangular, brown packets containing marijuana. The man was arrested and conveyed to the Chaguanas Police Station, along with the seized marijuana, which weighed 1096g.

This exercise was co-ordinated by Snr. Supt. Simon, Supt. Montrichard, Supt. (Ag.) Gyan and spearheaded by ASP. Dipchand, Insp. Sylvan, Insp. (Ag.) Stewart.
