Autopsy Reveals Kimani Drowned

An Autopsy performed on  two-year-old Kimani Francis has cited drowning as the cause of death.

The autopsy took place on Friday morning at the Forensic Science Centre in St James.

Reports say the findings of the autopsy, done by forensic pathologist Dr Parthasarthi Pramanik, concluded death due to asphyxia consistent with drowning.

Police sources say the autopsy showed no marks of violence to the child’s body to suggest foul play, so his death is being treated as accidental.
