Red Force Defending 312 Runs In Super50 Semi-final Against Barbados Pride

Trinidad and Tobago Red Force cricketers are defending 312 runs in their semi-final Super50 match against Barbados Pride.

The match is taking place at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, Antigua.

After being sent in Red Force scored 312 for 6 off 50 overs.

Captain Nicholas Pooran led the way with 111 runs.

Good scores also came from Amir Jangoo 81, Darren Bravo 54 and Akeal Hosein 42.

At one stage Red Force were struggling at 2 runs for 2 wickets.

However, there was a 92 run partnership for the third wicket between Bravo and Jangoo.

There was also a 147 run fourth wicket partnership between Pooran and Jangoo and sixth wicket partnership between Terrence Hinds and Hosein.

Tomorrow the second semi-final will be played between Jamaica Scorpions and Guyana Harpy Eagles.
