AEGIS launches Caribbean Creative Industries and SMEs Summit & Workshop

AEGIS is calling all Creatives and MSMEs across the region to get ready for a life-changing experience, as AEGIS Business Solutions launches its first Caribbean Creative Industries and SMEs Summit and Workshop Series from November 15th – 26th 2021!

In recognition of the United Nations International Year of the Creative Economy for Sustainable Development, AEGIS is championing the cause to bridge the divide between Corporate Caribbean, Investors and the Cultural and Creative Industries, through training, networking opportunities, digital transformation and more, to jumpstart our creative economy, as we pivot into our “Orange Future”.

AEGIS is passionate about supporting MSMEs in the Creative Industries and believes that its Business Summit and Workshop series is timely and necessary to propel these sectors and to help them on the road to recovery. “The Creative sector is key to the Caribbean’s authenticity. Our music, dance, steelpan, craft, innovativeness and stories, are great depictions of who we are. The opportunities for sustainable development are endless. Tapping into the Creative sector is a sure way to earn foreign revenue, attract international investments and promote Caribbean cultural tourism.” — Angela Lee Loy, Chairman, Aegis Business Solutions Workshops are 90 minutes per session and will cover areas, such as: ‘How to setup a business’, ‘Budgeting’, ‘Bookkeeping’, ‘Know Your Customer’, ‘Payroll’, Taxes’, ‘Good Governance’ and more.
