21st anniversary of 911 attacks

Americans and the entire world today remembers the 9/11 terrorists attacks on the World Trade Center.

On Sunday tear-choked tributes, and pleas to “never forget,” was the outcry after the deadliest terror attack on U.S. soil.

Victims’ relatives and dignitaries also convened at the other two attack sites, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania.

At the 9/11 Memorial in Lower Manhattan, where some 2,750 people were killed after two planes were flown into the twin towers of the World Trade Center, members of the New York Fire Department raised a flag as people gathered to read aloud the names of the victims.
