There will be water supply disruptions on Thursday for residents of parts of north east Trinidad, due to planned desilting works at the Aripo Water Treatment Plant.
In a statement WASA said the interruption in supply will take place from 9am to 3pm this Thursday (February 8).
The affected areas will include:
Santa Rosa Heights, Tumpuna Road Malabar from Henri Street to Malabar Branch Road, Tractor Pool Road, Pinto Road, Train Line, KP Lands Valencia, La Plata Valencia, Silica Road, Valencia.
The company said service should resume by 3pm on Thursday.
The company added that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalise to some affected areas following the resumption of operations at the facility.
