Tropical Storm Warning Still In Effect For Tobago To End At Noon Tomorrow

Tropical storm warning number four for Tobago orange level is in effect.

It was issued at 8pm Saturday and will end at noon tomorrow.’

Tobago is presently under a Tropical Storm Warning.

This means there is a higher potential for tropical storm conditions, including sustained winds of 63-118 km/h, within the watch area, within the next 30 hours.

As of 5 am today, Hurricane Beryl was located near 10.7°N 53.1°W, approximately 828km E of Tobago, moving westward near 33 km/h.

As Beryl approaches the southern Windwards on Monday, there is a medium chance (45-55%)of tropical storm force winds impacting Tobago.

Heavy showers and thunderstorms are likely from Monday, and sea conditions can become choppy and rough.
