A workshop is held for key response and support agencies that mobilized for the island-wide power outage on February 16, 2022.
The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management hosted the recently held event.
ODPM said it was the second stage of similar sessions that occurred at the organizational level.
In a media release on Wednesday, the ODPM said the workshop provided representatives with a platform to share and learn from each other’s experiences.
The 25 agencies that participated in the review, were arranged into four utilities; Public Safety and Security; Ministries and Public Services; and Social and Financial Services.
In delivering the opening remarks, the Chief Executive Officer of the ODPM, Retired Major General, Rodney Smart, emphasized the importance of discussions being forthright and solution-oriented.
