Despite some street flooding in a few areas, the Couva/Tabaquite/Talparo Regional Corporation, is reporting no major incidents from Wednesday’s inclement weather.
Chairman of the Corporation, Henry Awong, in an interview with News Power Now, on Thursday afternoon, said there was a land slide along the Guayaguayare\Tabaquite road which has gotten worse and is being closely monitored.
Mr Awong said most homes have been spared any damaged and the municipal police continue to provide security coverage.
