Stay the course, don’t break the law and efforts will continue for better roads.

This is message being sent to residents of Barrackpore and Moruga by Member of Parliament for Moruga/Tableland, Michelle Benjamin.

On Monday the residents of Gunness Road, Barrackpore and La Lune protested against bad roads in their area.

Speaking in an interview on Tuesday, MP Benjamin said in the past concerns have been raised with the relevant authorities about the state of the road way.

MP Benjamin said action has been slowed in addressing the situation.

MP Benjamin also appealed to the residents to continue the struggle but remain lawful in the process.
