A group of fishermen found the body of a man floating along the Cunupia River on Saturday morning.
The body was said to be floating face down in the water and was already in a decomposing state.
The fishermen told GML that they were about to secure their pirogues by the cremation site Lakhan Karriah in Felicity due to the weather conditions, when they made the shocking discovery.
Police are investigating and trying to determine the identify of the man.
