Director of the Tobago Emergency Management Agency, Allan Stewart, says several communities were affected by landslides and flash flooding due to the inclement weather experienced on the island.
Mr Stewart told the media on Thursday, the rainfall experienced has impacted areas such as Crown Point, Canoe Bay, Black Rock and Turtle Beach.
