Bmobile has advised that it is experiencing a technical issue that will impact your ability to access b-online and make payments at our dealer locations. The company says its IT team is working to rectify the issue in the shortest possible time.
The company has temporarily suspended disconnections until all systems are back online.
“If you’ve made a payment to your account and have been disconnected prior to this notice, please send an email with the account holder’s name, account number and a snapshot of the payment receipt to [email protected], or call 824-TSTT.” the company said in a release.
